[Bug 433005] [NEW] segfault with /etc/motion/motion.conf unreadable

Images are produced OK with /etc/motion/motion.conf readable.
Tested with ancient 3com HomeConnect webcam, see attachment.
Other software (camorama, skype) does not detect camera, xsane does.
