That is probably because you chose "system wide" (Administrador de
Sistema) updates rather than "single user" (Usuario Simple) updates when
you first started ClamTk.

You have a choice:

1. Wait one or two days until ClamTk 4.18 comes out which, among other
things, offers a very easy point and click way to change to single user
updates (which is apparently what you're after).

2. Open up the file in your home directory .clamtk/prefs , and change the line 
Update=shared

to

Update=single
