[Bug 430412] [NEW] in kourou.py api to disable iconview text column not used correctly

I'm not entirely sure if the icons were meant to have text under the
icons or not, but regardless, the API gtk.IconView.set_text_column seems
to require an integer or -1 if there is no text column. At the moment
(in Jaunty) the value False is being applied and casted transparently.

I don't mind which behaviour is expected, I'm simply pointing out that
it could be changed to reflect the API (change it to 0 or -1 as
necessary.) I set it to -1 on my machine to get rid of the icons
effectively.
