[Bug 429960] [NEW] "None" hide mode takes up screen edge wasting screen space

Binary package hint: gnome-do

I use a 10" EEE 1000H due to which screen space is limited for me. To
save up on screen space i thought the docky mode of gnome-do would be
perfect instead of a panel with applets listing the windows open. but i
want the dock to be visible over all applications and NOT take up the
botton edge.
