Hi vince,

Thanks for reporting this bug.  I have been unable to reproduce this,
and i'm trying to think of a cause for this.

Can i confirm:
When you try and and do this upgrade, you are connected to the internet?
If you browse to http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/andale32.exe that the font is prompted for download?

I'm wondering if either you are not connected to the internet, or have a
proxy that isn't being supported.
