Murat Güneş:  I confirm that export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/evolution/2.28/components/ does solve this
issue. It's not necessary to install any additional software.

In the attachment you'll find:
$ldd `which anjal` > ldd_which_anjal      (with 	libevolution-mail.so => not found )
$LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/evolution/2.28/components/ ldd `which anjal`  (which is fine)

$lsb_release -a
Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
Description:	Ubuntu 9.04
Release:	9.04
Codename:	jaunty

running Linux mutt 2.6.31-2-generic #16-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jul 6 20:36:55
