[Bug 429307] [NEW] video corruption when changing windows

Public bug reported:

Acer laptop worked fine until resumed from suspend.  After suspend
visual corruption is noticeable when paging between windows using either
the taskbar or <alt-tab>  Changing browser windows only shows two lines
of corruption, but switching to console window results in half the
display being corrupt.

release: Karmic - alpha5
package: xorg-video-intel
expected result: able to change windows smoothly.  Title bar visible
actual result: Windows corrupted, title bars missing.
