[Bug 428720] [NEW] Ristretto becomes unresponsive if you open an an image in a directory of SVGs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ristretto

Ristretto becomes unresponsive if you open an an image in a directory
with more than a few SVGs. I imagine this is because SVGs are more
expensive to render and ristretto is busily trying to cache the other
images in the directory.

To test this, just open one of the SVGs in /usr/share/icons/gnome-
brave/scalable/devices/
