[Bug 428651] [NEW] There's no notification for status changing

Binary package hint: pidgin-libnotify

This is a feature request, rather than a bug. If I should post it
somewhere else please tell me.

Pidgin-libnotify sends a notification when a user is online or offline.
Guifications also does this, but it also notifies whether a user is busy
or idle, or if they are active again. I would like to see this
notifications in libnotify.
