The shell wrapper to set MOZLIBPATH depends on shell ordering of
xulrunner dirs to work which is fragile and probably broken.  Alexander
suggested that it should use the standalone glue instead.

It seems it might be using the standalone glue already in which case the
shell wrapper can be dropped IIUC.
