Depends how complex it is. There's no fundamental reason it couldn't
just all go into lsb-base-logging.sh if suitably conditionalised, but if
the code is too bulky or the interface is too unstable it might be worth
considering putting some functions in a separate file.

The real win will be in avoiding actually overriding the core function
names.
