[Bug 427690] [NEW] Can't set idle timeout to more than 4 minutes

Binary package hint: gnome-ppp

Although wvdial supports an int as the "Idle Seconds" configuration
parameter, gnome-ppp only lets the user set a maximum timeout of 240
seconds. This is too short of a timeout to be useful.
