[Bug 427447] [NEW] First run dialog SHOUTS country names

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openerp-client

When I run openerp-client for the first time I note the first run dialog
asking for my details appears.

The drop down where I enter my country has all of the countries listed
in CAPITAL LETTERS. It's 2009, I'm not using a 7-bit teletype to access
openerp, I think we can use Mixed Case now :)
