[Bug 427445] [NEW] First run dialog has unfriendly title

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openerp-client

When I run openerp-client for the first time I note the first run dialog
asking for my details appears. The title of the dialog box is "openerp-
client.py" which is somewhat untidy. It should be something like "First
run", "Tell us about you", or some other natural language phrase rather
than the name of a piece of python code.
