Run the following and make sure you enter the correct sql information:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure mythexport

>From your log:
Enter password: 
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
dpkg: error processing mythexport (--configure):

Looks like you entered a blank or incorrect password.
