[Bug 426696] [NEW] AVR GCC should be configured with --with-dwarf2

Public bug reported:

Some tools, like AVR Studio, only support dwarf2 debugging format, and
not stabs. It would be great if avr-gcc on Ubuntu could produce AVR
Studio compatible ELF files by default.

Atmel's toolchain maintainer tells me that WinAVR is configured with
--with-dwarf2 for this reason.
