[Bug 426686] [NEW] Proofgeneral splash-image cannot be disabled

Binary package hint: proofgeneral

There is an option to disable the splash-screen in proofgeneral.
Unfortunately, when one starts proofgeneral from the command line, this
doesn't work. I used Customize to change the value of this variable.
