Binary package hint: dtc-xen

Hi,

I'm the upstream author and Debian maintainer of DTC and DTC-Xen. Both new packages have just been uploaded into SID. Please upgrade to it for the latest unstable and testing Ubuntu:
- DTC 0.30.6-1
- DTC-Xen 0.5.1-1

Note that BOTH need to be upgraded at the same time, as the new API
between DTC and DTC-Xen has changed.
