[Bug 426610] [NEW] oprofile is missing automake1.10 build dependency

Binary package hint: oprofile

Steps to reproduce:

* Install base system
* apt-get build-dep oprofile
* apt-get source oprofile
* cd oprofile-*
* dpkg-buildpackage

Watch breakage with:

cd /root/o/oprofile-0.9.4+cvs20090629 && ACLOCAL=aclocal-1.10 AUTOMAKE=automake-1.10 ./autogen.sh
./autogen.sh: 31: automake-1.10: not found

I.e. dependency on automake1.10 is missing. Builds fine after manual
install of the package.
