Binary package hint: kio-beagle

The current kio-beagle is currently broken. The version currently in
Ubuntu only works with KDE3, and even aside from that it doesn't work
with beagle 0.3. For this package to not be totally broken, an update is
needed.

The update is also KDE4-based. Bonus! http://www.kde-
apps.org/content/show.php?content=28437
