[Bug 426484] [NEW] Places and System menu entries do not have enough spacing between them compared to other entries

In the gnome-menu, the places and system entries have different spacing when shown with icons turned off compared to when the icons for menus are turned on. The change in menu icon preference seems to be the default now:

The first one is with icons turned off and the second one with the icons
turned on.
