FWIW - this dialog is presented by metacity because software-store
doesn't set the SM_CLIENT_ID property on it's window (which will be the
case if it doesn't interact with the session manager), so metacity is
unable to save the window position.

However, the fact that it displays on log out is a metacity bug (related
to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160712 and bug #35316)
because it currently displays the warning even if the user didn't ask to
save the session state, and it displays without attempting to save the
window state too.
