[Bug 426013] [NEW] Wicd network manager and wicd tray icon display different "signal strenght"

After the installation of Ubuntu 9.1 Alpha 5, I noticed the following
behaviour:

1. Activate the wicd tray icon in the panel.
2. Click on the icon to expand the wicd network manager.
3. Connect manually to your wireless access point.
4. Keep the wicd network manager activated for a few minutes.
5. Compare the "signal strenght" displayed as tooltip in the icon and in the dialog. Tooltip shows e.g. 90 %, but network manager shows 50 %. Check attachment, please.

I suppose that 90 % is the right value, because the distance between
access point and notebook is 1 m.
