Binary package hint: ffmpeg2theora

I have a video created by my phone which I want to transcode to free
formats of course.

oggconvert works on this video but I don't want any GUI solution so I
went for ffmpeg2theora. I expected ffmpeg2theora to produce a usable
result, just as oggconvert does, but the video, however, played probably
5 times too fast and has no sound. Perfectly reproducible.
