1. From the "Get Free Software" main screen, navigate to any department.

What happens: The first application in the list is selected by default.

What should happen: "By default, none of the rows in a package list view
should be selected ... If no item is selected, pressing the Down arrow
key should select the first row, and conversely pressing the Up arrow
