[Bug 425816] [NEW] Search field touches the right edge of the window

Currently, in screens that have a search field, the right end of the
search field unattractively touches the right side of the window. This
shouldn't happen.

It's happening because the location bar as a whole is not laid out as it
is in the specification
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareStore#Location%20bar>: "It should
appear as a raised block inside the main pane." The padding between the
left edge of the path button and the left edge of the location bar
should be the same as that between the right edge of the search field
and the right edge of the location bar.
