[Bug 425799] [NEW] Department icons are too small

Software Store trunk r179, Ubuntu Karmic

In the "Departments" section, the department icons are tiny, dwarfed by
their labels.

As defined in
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareStore#Application%20icon%20view>: "If
the icon is scalable, or larger than 4 em in either dimension, it should
be scaled down proportionally so that it is 4 em in its largest
dimension." gnome-icon-theme contains scalable versions of all category
icons.
