[Bug 425797] [NEW] Navigation pane icons are too large

Software Store trunk r179, Ubuntu Karmic

The icons for the items in the navigation pane ("Get Free Software",
"Installed Software") are, by default, much taller than the items'
labels.

They should at least roughly match the size of the text of the
navigation pane, like the icons in the panel's "Places" menu does.
