[Bug 425571] Re: Application name and package don't match

This is caused by using the Name in the desktop file for some stuff as a
uniq identifier. This is wrong, the name is not uniq (as shown by
terminal or System Monitor where multiple desktop files provide this
name). This needs to be fixed so that software-store uses the pkgname if
it needs uniqness.
