Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-store

Steps to reproduce:
1. Confirm in synaptic that the System monitor is installed
2. Open Ubuntu Software Store
3. Select Installed applicatons and System tools
4. System monitor shows as installed, click it
5. There is no emblem showing that the app is installed and the description shows the description of a package ksysguard (which is not installed). It should show the emblem on the icon and the description of the package gnome-system-monitor.

The same is with USB Startup Disk Creator, Update manager, Hardware
drivers, Calculator, Terminal...
