[Bug 424436] [NEW] aptdcon doesn't respond to Ctrl-C

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: aptdaemon

I ran 'aptdcon --upgrade-system' as a test, and then tried to Ctrl-C it
while it was downloading packages. It didn't respond to this; I had to
open a separate terminal and kill it manually.
