[Bug 424085] [NEW] Database errors after upgrading from 6.06

Binary package hint: reprepro

I moved my Reprepro install from 6.06 to 9.04, and now every command
generates this:

db_open(/var/www/apt/db/references.db:references)[-30986]: DB_PAGE_NOTFOUND: Requested page not found
There have been errors!
