[Bug 423587] [NEW] epiphany fails opening links in tabs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: epiphany

The Ephinany web browser on Karmic fails to open links in a new tab and
instead opens new windows.

Reproduce:

1. Open a web page containing links
2. Right click on a link
3. click on "open link in tab"

The link will open in a new Epiphany window instead.

Tabbing itself generally works.
