[Bug 420752] Re: KFLog crashes when loading a waypoint file.

Thanks for your response!

I've tried the new version since I posted the bug report, and you're
right, I can't reproduce the bug either (so presumably it has been
fixed).

I was reporting the bug because that was the version that was
available in Ubuntu... I don't how about how the maintainers do
things, but should the version available in the Ubuntu repositories be
updated? Or removed if it is not supported?

Cheers,

Andrew Walsh.

> When loading a waypoint file from the Worldwide Soaring Turnpoint Exchange (specifically the file with URL <http://soaringweb.org/TP/BGA/bga_2009.kflogwp>, which I have downloaded) into KFLog, a crash occurs. This is done by clicking the button to the right of the Waypoints drop-down in the Waypoints window (at the bottom left on the default installation). I am using Ubuntu 9.04, and the KFLog package version 2.1.1-3.1. I have tried another waypoint file (<http://soaringweb.org/TP/Bayreuth/bayerth8.kflogwp>) with a similar result. The KDE Crash Handler appears, with the message as follows:
>
> A Fatal Error Occurred
> The application KFLog (kflog) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV)."
