[Bug 423127] [NEW] do not depend on packagekit-gnome

Binary package hint: paprefs

Please remove the packagekit-gnome dependency.

AFAICS the only usage is to run "InstallProvidesFile" and I doubt that
this works with the apt backend. It also pulls in the full UI tools,
including the tray applet.
