If I understand myself correctly and if nothing related changed in 4 
months, yes, Lives should install correctly in 9.04, even faint memory 
recalls that.
But upgrading to 9.04 for the sake of Lives isn't a solution, because 
you will soon find a reason to upgrade to 9.10 and so on, to live 
forever in a beta, "Never Ending Story".
Wouldn't it be easy to integrate the work I've done? Sorry the details 
are out of my mind.
