hm.. I consider the ability to bind against a specific address a bug fix
rather than a feature ;).

I've taken a look over the debdiff, it all looks sane to me (only thing
I found curious is to use inet_addr("0.0.0.0") instead of INADDR_ANY,
but to my knowledge this resolves to the same value.)
