[Bug 422493] [NEW] Fix xapian-core 1.0.15-2 FTBFS

Public bug reported:

Builds failed on ia64, armel, and sparc due to the same issue - the
testsuite fails due to running out of fds.

The testsuite harness deliberately limits the number of fds available to
catch leaks, but such leaks shouldn't be platform dependent, so this
seems almost certain to be a platform or buildd issue.

One of the debian alpha buildds fails like this too (and another
doesn't) and the patch debian/patches/runtest-no-fd-ulimit-on-
alpha.patch disables the ulimit on alpha.

The simplest fix for the FTBFS is to remove that patch and replace it
with the attached one.
