[Bug 422375] [NEW] package privoxy 3.0.9-1 failed to install: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: privoxy

I'm trying to install tor with apt-get and it tried to install privoxy
as requisite. This is what happens in the error:

Setting up privoxy (3.0.9-1) ...
Starting filtering proxy server: invoke-rc.d: initscript privoxy, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing privoxy (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 privoxy
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I tried to install privoxy again with apt-get but got the same error.
