[Bug 422318] [NEW] soundkonverter does not create icon in device manager pop up, kde4.3

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: soundkonverter

App installs fine in kde 4 and works, but since kde 4.0 and up to
current kde 4.3, the icon in the pop-up dialogue created for the device
manager does not display and icon, but a "?"

k3b and other apps that would be associated with an audio cd do display
an icon.

Secondary issue, if settings are changed, they do not take effect until
soundkonverter is closed and reopened. i.e. if you want to rip to m4a
instead of mp3, and you change it, but don't restart the app, the
resulting rip will be mp3.
