[Bug 422305] [NEW] grub-pc should not offer bootloader to usb installation media

Binary package hint: grub-pc

We are installing from a usb stick which is /dev/sdb.  Toward the end of
the installation grub-pc asks us which media to install on.  It should
be smart enough to recognize the install media and not offer that as an
option...
