Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: msttcorefonts

New to Linux, and do not know what to do... Errors are complicated to
pin point, installer does not stop where you could read what the error
codes might be, so I do not know what to tell you. Just that the fonts
could not be installed, than later got another message that the upgrade
could not be installed because of some issues that I did not understand,
Sorry I cannot help any better, but I love Ubuntu 9.04, maybe it was a
mistake to upgrade to 9.10 I should have left it alone...
