[Bug 461590] Re: VPN plugin ceased working

In response to my confirmation above (#2), it has turned out this must
have been a VirtualBox issue. With the new 9.10 installation on my
system, PPTP VPN works as expected. Sorry if I may have caused any
inconveniences.
