[Bug 456890] Re: Transmission causes 100% CPU load

OK, I must apologize: this is not at all a bug in Transmission. Charles,
I took your hint re. file systems, and did some investigating. I have a
hard drive (via eSATA) mounted as /home/user and the delay seems to be
there: by setting up a user with a home partition on a different drive,
the problem is eliminated.

Now I just have to figure out how to get that drive working properly!
Any hints would be appreciated, but this bug should be closed.
