[Bug 463226] [NEW] w3m-el-snapshot package requires emacs22 even if emacs23 has already been installed

Binary package hint: w3m-el-snapshot

After installation of Ubuntu 9.10RC, I installed emacs23 package and was
additionally going to install w3m-el-snapshot package. However, I
stopped this installation because emacs22 is required to install:

$ sudo apt-get install w3m-el-snapshot

w3m-el-snapshot depends on emacs | emacs22 | emacs21 | apel (>= 10.5),
and emacs package depends on emacs22-gtk | emacs22 | emacs22-nox. But
w3m-el-snapshot works well on emacs23, so emacs22 is unnecessary at all
if emacs23 has been installed.

I hope that the package dependencies of w3m-el-snapshot will be modified
in order that this package can be installed without emacs22.
