Marking Triaged since the opera part is known. Until a fix is uploaded, opera users can add to /etc/apparmor.d/abstractions/ubuntu-browsers:
  /usr/bin/opera Ux,

Then perform in a terminal:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r -W -T /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.evince
