Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

nate at whatevah:~$ lsb_release -d
Description: Ubuntu 9.10

nate at whatevah:~$ ccsm -v
CCSM 0.8.2

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. CCSM > Window Management (section) > Resize Window (button) > bindings (tab)
2. Set a mouse binding for "Initiate Window Resize" (I used alt-button2 aka: alt-middle)
3. Be aware that "alt-button3" will pop up a window menu, just about no matter what that's set to.
4. Try to resize a window. Usage: imagine a 3x3 grid in your current window... Drag any of the 3x3 grid outer boxes to resize the window. So, alt-button2 drag near a corner basically. Notice the window resize by 1px.
5. The resize operation happens "on-mouse-up" instead of "on-mouse-down"

(note: i was working on typing this up, and got confused about the
"window menu" problem, please disregard that other bug report.)

** Affects: compizconfig-settings-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
