[Bug 460983] [NEW] Corrupted recording velocity from USB webcam with microphone.

Public bug reported:

Video works perfectly with my Creative Live Web Cam VF0400, but audio capture is corrupted.
It is recognized, I can record, but it recorded such that the playback is accelerated. This happens
in all audio recording instances, from the gnome-recorder to Skype.
