[Bug 460433] [NEW] Please promote lives from multiverse to universe

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: lives

I noticed this a couple of weeks ago but haven't taken any action until
now. lives is in main in Debian, and all binary packages in Ubuntu are
in universe so I'm not sure why the source package is in multiverse?
Please could someone either give a reason for lives being in multiverse,
or promote to universe.
