[Bug 460345] [NEW] update to llvm 2.6 final release

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: llvm

please consider the final release for inclusion in karmic. in main, it's
used by openjdk-6 to build openjdk-6-jre-zero, which goes to universe.

llvm (2.6-0ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low

  * llvm-2.6 release.
    - PR 4825, mark a test as passing on all x86.
    - Merge 79729 from mainline, change
      SmallString::operator{=,+=} to take a StringRef.
    - Fix PR5112, a miscompilation on gcc-4.0.3.
    - Update release notes.
